Pas de baseline definis dans le document de projet 1- La cellule de recherche et de ladministration pénitentiaire est développée. 2- Les familles de détenus suivent de la thérapie multifamiliale. 3- Les services extérieurs gèrent efficacement lintervention de la société civile. 4- Les associations sont en lien avec les services de la la DGAPR via un réseau informatique. 5- La crise du COVID19 est gérée en priorisant les familles de détenus en situation de précarité. 1- 15 fonctionnaires du département de la justice, en parallèle chercheurs, puisquinscrits en écoles doctorales au sein de luniversité ont rejoint la cellule de recherche et ont suivi une formation dispensée par une experte nationale pour le lancement de sujets de recherches exprimés par la DGAPR. La cellule a été dotée de matériel informatique pour un meilleur suivi et une meilleure évaluation du groupe 2- 25 psychologues ont suivi 2/3 de la formation en thérapie multifamiliale et tentent de la mettre en application avec les familles de détenus. 3- Lexpert chargé de dispenser la formation en gestion de thérapie familiale est recruté; 4- Les chefs des services extérieurs ont été sensibilisés quant à la nécessité du réseautage et une évaluation de leur capacités humaines et matérielle a été faite. 5- Septembre et octobre 2020, les établissements ont été dotés des outils de protection contre le covid19 ( bavettes, visières tenues, thermomètres et gels) afin de garantir la sécurité sanitaire des visites familiales. Quatre établissements ont été dotés dateliers de confection de bavettes. Lensemble des familles de détenus layant demandé ont reçu un appareillage pour personne handicapée (chaises roulantes, cannes, béquilles et appareil daudtition) 1967 enfants de détenus ont bénéficié dun cartable avec effets scolaires pour la rentrée. - Les travaux de recherche de la cellule de recherche sont restitués. - les famille de détenus sont suivi dans le cadre dun programme de thérapie multifamiliales. - Les Services extérieurs sont liés aux association par un système de réseau et la coordination se fait gr ce à ce dernier - Les services extérieurs gèrent efficacement lintervention de la société civile. - La femme détenue est mieux préparée à sa sortie de détention. - La cellule de recherche a été chargée détablir des analyses sur trois sujets soulevés par la DGAPR. Les recherches sur ces modules sont finalisés et les résultats transmis mais non encore validés par la DGPAR; - 20 services extérieurs initient les données relatives aux associations et leurs interventions dans lapplication réseau développée dans le cadre du projet. - Le nombre dassociations intervenant dans les prisons est en augmentation permanente ( 240) ce qui signifie que le personnel du service extérieur gère mieux et plus ouvertement cette collaboration. - La convention entre les scouts musulmans et la DGAPR prévoyant linscription du centre daccueil pour femmes est en voie de signature pour le lancement des travaux sur le site de Mostaghanem. - Le centre daccueil pour femmes ex détenues est réceptionné et sa gestion est inscrite dans la convention entre SCOUTS et DGAPR; - Les SE recourent tous à la plateforme numérique pour gérer lactivité des OSCs; - La thérapie multifamiliales est pratiquée dans au moins 50% des établissements ciblés - La wilaya ciblée pour la mise en place du centre est en sollicitation par les autorités judiciaires pour la mise à disposition dun local. - Les SE sont en phase de connexion cable à linternet. - Les sessions de thérapie multifamiliales sont suspendues à cause de la pandémie Les 5 programmes de traitement individuels administrés par les services d'évaluation et d'orientations sont opérationnels Le retour l’expérience lancée en 2005 avec les personnels du service spécialisé d’El Harrach a été fait , et leur recommandations ont été pris en charge XM-DAC-41114-PROJECT-00087774 United Nations Development Programme Le programme vise à doter les communes pilotes des compétences et outils de bonne gouvernance en assurant la participation des populations dans le développement local. A ce titre l’Accelerator Lab a soutenu des initiatives tels que le African Digital Summit organisé par le Groupement des Acteurs Algériens du Numérique (GAAN), Africa Startup Conference organisée par le Ministère de l’économie de la connaissance, des startups et des microentreprises (MECSM) et a initié la semaine de l’entrepreneuriat vert avec l’Agence Nationales des Déchets, qui sont autant de plateformes d’intelligence collective, réunissant l’ensemble des acteurs concernés afin de renforcer les dynamiques existantes de coopération, de porter une réflexion stratégique et formuler des recommandations pour des actions concrètes en vue d’accélérer le développement de ces domaines à haut potentiel en Algérie.
