Les solutions à fort potentiel ont été identifiées dans le domaine des énergies renouvelable, sur la gestion des déchets, et sur les opportunités d’emplois. Sur cette base trois processus d’expérimentation ont été menés avec des résultats satisfaisants notamment sur la production des énergies durable et la gestion des déchets. R7:La cible attendue est de 152 sur une population de nourrissons exposés au VIH estimée de 608. Sur cette période 83 femmes ont donné naissance à 107 enfants nés vivants parmi lesquels 105 ont bénéficiés d’une PCR, soit un résultat de 17,27% et un taux de réalisation de 69% R8: La cible attendue est de 31 925 personnes sous TARV sur une population estimée de 109 347 personnes vivant avec le VIH. Le nombre de personnes sous traitement ARV enregistré au cours de la période est de 27 576 (25%). Ce qui correspond à un taux de réalisation de 87%. R9: Le nombre de cas déclarés de tuberculose toutes formes confondues attendu est de 5 506. Le résultat obtenu est de 6 140, soit un taux de réalisation de 112%. R10: Le performance attendue est de 70% de patients TB traités avec succès. Le résultat obtenu sur la période est de 72,24% (4 045 patients en succès thérapeutique pour une cohorte de 5 599 patients tuberculeux), soit un taux de réalisation de 103%. R11: La cible attendue est de 103 cas déclarés de tuberculose résistante à la rifampicine et/ou multirésistante. Le résultat obtenu est de 75 cas déclarés, soit un taux de réalisation de 73%. planète, engendrant diverses conséquences à l’échelle mondiale en raison de l’interconnexion entre les composantes environnementales. Ces risques incluent la perte de biodiversité, la dégradation des services écosystémiques, la détérioration des sols, la perturbation des cycles biogéochimiques, ainsi que des impacts sur la sécurité alimentaire et la santé humaine. Cette détérioration environnementale naffecte pas de manière uniforme tous les segments de la société. Les femmes, en particulier, subissent des conséquences spécifiques en raison de leurs rôles sociaux, économiques et culturels souvent distincts de ceux des hommes. Les femmes se trouvent fréquemment dans des situations de vulnérabilité accrue face aux répercussions de la dégradation de la biodiversité, amplifiées par des inégalités de genre persistantes. Face à ces enjeux, le Congo sest engagée à contribuer à la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre et à la gestion durable de la biodiversité pour lutter contre les effets des changements climatiques. Cependant, il est crucial de noter que les besoins financiers nécessaires pour mettre en œuvre ces initiatives sont substantiels et dépassent largement les ressources actuellement disponibles.Le PND 2022-2026 en cours d’opérationnalisation est construit autour de six (6) piliers permettrait au Congo de s’approcher des cibles des ODD si la mobilisation de tous les financements est effective, ce qui n’est pas le cas actuellement. Les coûts du financement du PND 2022-2026 et de la CDN chiffrés respectivement à 14 milliards de USD et 4.395,15 millions US$ restent un défi majeur pour le Congo. C’est dans cette optique que le pays a adopté le cadre national de financement intégré (CNFI/INFF) pour évaluer et élargir de manière intégrée l’ensemble des options disponibles en termes de ressources privées et publiques, nationales et internationales.
