Ejecución de acciones para la reducción del consumo de refrigerantes fluorados en todo el territorio nacional, principalmente con el Plan Fugas Cero implementado en 5 cadenas de supermercado. Despliegue del operativo de prevención del tráfico ilícito de gases fluorados en las aduanas marítimas del país, con el objeto de capacitar al personal aduanero en materia de ilícitos de sustancias refrigerantes, normativa nacional, sistemas de permisos y cronograma de eliminación de las Sustancias Agotadoras del Ozono (SAO). Las actividades, todas de campo, se vieron limitadas por la pandemia. Sin embargo, fue posible adelantar la revisión y modificación del contenido del programa actual de los cursos de buenas prácticas y con el programa para cursos de buenas prácticas en refrigeración, empleando refrigerantes naturales. De igual manera, se logró adelantar el Plan de Fugas Cero en 5 cadenas de supermercado, quedando pendiente elaborar un Mapa de Frio con el objeto que se determine el consumo actual de refrigerante, tipo, evaluación de sustitución de la sustancia por uno natural, comparación de las emisiones de carbonos equivalente que se emiten en la actualidad y los que se emitirían con la nueva tecnología. Promoting initiatives and inclusive dialogues that build trust and help bridge different narratives among national actors is essential to strengthen the social fabric and foster social cohesion while creating the enabling conditions for an inclusive and sustainable development in the country.UNDP’s strategy focuses on three key areas:1.
